NeuroKit2: A Python toolbox for neurophysiological signal processing

NeuroKit2 is an open-source, community-driven, and user-centered Python package for neurophysiological signal processing. It provides a comprehensive suite of processing routines variety bodily signals (e.g., ECG, PPG, EDA, EMG, RSP). These include high-level functions that enable data in few lines code using validated pipelines, which we illustrate two examples covering the most typical scenarios, such as event-related paradigm interval-related analysis. The also includes tools specific steps rate extraction filtering methods, offering trade-off between convenience fine-tuned control. Its goal to improve transparency reproducibility research, well foster exploration innovation. design philosophy centred on user-experience accessibility both novice advanced users.
